Tomorrow's a public holiday in Singapore :-)

A company that eats together grows together :-)

Last night, we gathered to eat and ended up supporting Earth hour together ... it was great

I just had a amazingly oishi yummy mutton korma that has only 170 calories.. wow

Goal : I want to lose 5kg in 2 months and then another 5kg 2months after that to achieve my ideal BMI (0 Cheers)

My most interesting travel experience in Asia is ... :	when I visited Japan in 2004. I went there with my family and our host was the owner of a seafood business. We had the most amazing sashimi, sushi, sukiyaki .... Oishi!

Hello fellow foodies! I ... :	reserve my calorie and fat intake entitlements only for good food with fun companions on special occasions.

My all time fave food / restaurants / cities to visit for food are ... :	Pot of steaming hot mussels in white wine sauce like those I had in Brussels.

I can cook ... :	Fish bee hoon soup, buah keluak, babi ponteh, porridge steamboat, nonya chap chye, Hokkien prawn noodles soup.

I am looking for ... (eg. advice / tips / help / others) :	tips for good food and eating places

Hmmm ... Is there anything else I would like to say to or share with people in this network? :	Don't waste your calorie and fat entitlements on lousy food, poor company and when you are not in the mood.

Hello fellow fans of Asia! I ... :	I feel Asia is punching way below its weight.

I am a fan of ... (Asian countries / cities) .. because ... :	I am a fan of Singapore because of how much Singapore has given to me and my family. My grandfather immigrated to Singapore with hardly anything, my parents' education was disrupted by the war. And in spite of all these, my 4 siblings and myself had all the opportunities to have a good education, good opportunities to grow professionally. Our children are so blessed.
