I believe being non - native English speakers and being able to speak good English is always an advantage for a person any career. Still, it seems to me, being able to communicate in English and understand the cultures of those who you are communicating with is also important, either your colleagues, boss, or clients as it leads to how to properly handle the situation, the person or how to solves the problems.
I am native Thai female who is fluent in English and Thai with multicultural mind. I have gained my experiences over 8 years working and developing business relation with both international clients / agents on several success business deals in my career. I believe I can utilize my expertise to benefit for a company that is searching for the qualifications in me to benefit their company in the future.
