Casino Regulatory Authority

The Casino Regulatory Authority (CRA) is a statutory board set up in April 2008 under the Ministry of Home Affairs to administer and enforce the Casino Control Act to ensure that casinos are free from criminal influence and properly regulated, and gaming is conducted honestly.

You will research, develop and formulate investigation policies and frameworks as well as set up investigation support systems. You will also conduct diligence checks on licence applicants and investigate breaches of the Casino Control Act, regulations and licensing conditions.
  • Must be meticulous and have good analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A degree in Business, Accountancy or Commerce
  • Two to three years' experience in a regulatory agency
  • Preferably with relevant experience in investigation or intelligence work
 

2. Senior Officer (Inspection and Compliance)

What You Do What You Need Entry Requirements
You will develop and review robust frameworks and policies on compliance, anti-money laundering, internal controls, arbitration, surveillance and operational risk management in casinos. You will handle and resolve patron disputes, inspect for regulatory compliance and enforce the operations of the casinos, and report any evidence of fraud.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A degree in Business, Accountancy or related fields
