What You Do What You Need Entry Requirements
You deliver a service which is highly personalised and refined to the hotel guests' needs. As part of your job, you will:
  • Have a precise understanding and delivery of the hotel's services and products
  • Recommend service solutions to meet patrons' requests
  • Identify the specific needs of guests and provide personalised service solutions
  • Go the extra mile in delivering hospitality services to patrons

4. Guest Services Officer

You make sure that the check-in and check-out processes for guests are carried out smoothly. You also perform cashiering duties. As a frontline staff member, you have an important role in creating positive lasting impressions on guests throughout their stay.

You will handle the hotel's resturant bookings, recommend the menu and market services over the phone.

  • Willing to work on two rotating shifts, weekends and on public holidays

  • At least O- or N-Levels
  • A diploma or degree would be advantageous for career progression

6. Revenue Officer

You are responsible for capitalising on room occupancy and sales through the management of room inventory. Your duties include liaison with business partners and customers including tour agencies corporate guests and individual patrons, on reservations of rooms.
  • Prepare daily and monthly room occupancy forecasts
  • Review and give feedback on the effectiveness of room revenue strategies and tactics

7. Room Attendant

You will ensure cleanliness in the rooms and suites and provide guest services.
  • Ability to read and write simple English
  • Willing to work on two rotating shifts, weekends and on public holidays
  • Primary 6 or lower secondary education
  • Experience in service apartment/cleaning industry is a plus
 

8. Security Officer

You are in charge of security matters for the hotel and, if required, will conduct investigations into incidents.
  • Ability to read and write simple English
  • Cheerful and friendly disposition
  • Willing to work 12-hour shifts, on weekends and public holidays
  • O- or N-Levels with WSQ certification
  • Experience in the police force or security agency is an advantage
 

9. Technician

What You Do What You Need Entry Requirements
You will handle repairs and maintenance of items in guestrooms and public areas.
  • Ability to read and write simple English
  • Willing to work three rotating shifts, weekends and on public holidays
  • NTC-2 in Building Services
  • Experience in facilities management or shopping malls is a plus
