As part of your job, you will: Have a precise understanding and delivery of the hotel's services and products Recommend service solutions to meet patrons' requests Identify the specific needs of guests and provide personalised service solutions Go the extra mile in delivering hospitality services to patrons Maintain service standards of the establishment	Must be articulate and have an eye for detail Good rapport building skills An affable dispostion to foster relationships with guests Motivated and a self-starter Leadership qualities Must be a team player	A diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management or equivalent Relevant service/product knowledge and training background in hospitality Relevant Food and Beverage training is an advantage Work experience in the hotel industry is a plus

6. Revenue Officer

You are responsible for capitalising on room occupancy and sales through the management of room inventory. Your duties include liaison with business partners and customers including tour agencies corporate guests and individual patrons, on reservations of rooms. Prepare daily and monthly room occupancy forecasts Review and give feedback on the effectiveness of room revenue strategies and tactics Lead, manage and train reservations agents Process reservation requests Help customers to manage room bookings and cancelations	Confidence and tact Have excellent problem-solving skills Service-oriented attitude Willing to work shifts Computer literacy	A diploma in Hotel Management Three years of relevant experience in reservations systems

7. Room Attendant

You will ensure cleanliness in the rooms and suites and provide guest services.	Ability to read and write simple English Willing to work on two rotating shifts, weekends and on public holidays	Primary 6 or lower secondary education Experience in service apartment/cleaning industry is a plus

8. Security Officer

Ability to read and write simple English Cheerful and friendly disposition Willing to work 12-hour shifts, on weekends and public holidays	O- or N-Levels with WSQ certification Experience in the police force or security agency is an advantage

You will handle repairs and maintenance of items in guestrooms and public areas.	Ability to read and write simple English Willing to work three rotating shifts, weekends and on public holidays	NTC-2 in Building Services Experience in facilities management or shopping malls is a plus
